Print Proposal

You will want to save your new proposals in a location relative to other customer information. For example you might create a folder to store all saved proposals, i.e., C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\Quotes. From there you might create sub-folders for each customers name, i.e.,

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\Quotes\Abercrombie Fitch\


Before printing your new proposal click the Word file menu and drop down to 'Save As', select a document type and name your document.




All proposals will be printed from the default printer that you have set up on your computer. If you are working on a network, you may be connected to a network printer. Click 'File' in the menu bar, then 'Print'.


After you have printed your proposal, return to Service Estimator and print the Equipment List from the reports options, Final Reports.

If you wish to provide your customer with the maintenance tasking reports (generally considered proprietary until the agreement is sold) you will need to print them from Service Estimator also.
