Print Estimate Reports

From the Job Site window, click the 'Reports' Open Reports icon to open the 'Estimate Reports' options form. Then, select the appropriate radio button for the report you want to view/print and click Preview to examine your report for accuracy before printing.

The following are considered to be "internal" documents for operations staff review. They should not be shared with your customer.

 

Final Estimate Summary - This report is a summary of total labor, materials and travel costs and displays the calculated profit margin based on your markups.

Equipment Estimate - This report is a breakdown of labor and materials for each piece of equipment in an estimate.

Filter Estimate - This report is a breakdown of labor and filter material required for each piece of equipment in an estimate that uses filters.

Belt Estimate - This report is a breakdown of labor and belts required for each piece of equipment in an estimate that uses belts.

Services Estimate - This report is a breakdown of labor and materials required to perform additional services outside the scope of the agreement.

Sub Contract Estimate - This report is a list of all subcontractors and their cost to perform the work as quoted.

Sub Contract Filter List - This report is a list of all equipment, filters, sizes, quantities and change frequencies for subcontracted service pricing

The following documents can be printed and incorporated into your proposal document for final presentation to the customer.

 

Equipment Tasking List - This report will capture and print the maintenance recommendations for each equipment type in an estimate. It is considered a 'generic' task list. It is non-specific and makes an excellent sales aid when the customer asks what kinds of services you are going to perform on their equipment.

Equipment List - This report is a list of all equipment in an estimate displaying Unit ID, Quantity, Make, Model, Serial, Size and Location of each piece.

Filter List - This report is a list of all equipment requiring filters by Unit ID, Manufacturer, Quantity, Filter Type, Size and Changes per year.
