This same notes form that appears on the 'Customer Manager/Notes and Activities' tab is also available in the Jobs screen 'Notes' tab.
Click the drop down arrow in the 'Activity' section to determine whether this action is a Follow-Up, To Do or just a note regarding this customer/job.
Click the drop down arrow in the 'Status' section when you need to change the status from Incomplete to Complete. Enter your notes and the due date for completion. You can also edit the name of the employee creating or saving the note.
