Follow the steps below to add, modify, or delete employees.
|•||To add a new employee, click the button. Note that the employee First Name and Last Name field is required. This will automatically create a username.|
|•||To edit an employee simply type over the data in any field|
|•||To delete an employee click the button|
|•||To browse the employee list in a spreadsheet-type format, click the button|
|•||To add photos to the employee form, the photos must already be uploaded to C:\Service Estimator\Employee Photos\ folder. Once your photos are available, just click (Click here to add photo) inside the white "No photo available" area and a Windows dialog box will open the Employee Photos folder. Click on the photo name and click 'Open'|
